A wellness professional with 20+ years of experience, Michelle Blake's specialties include Yoga, Yoga for Supporting Scoliosis, Meditation, Pilates, Barre, MELT, Breath Retraining, Reiki, and Functional Strength Training. Michelle's yoga teaching style developed through multi-disciplinary training, learning directly from masters in modalities such as Yapana Yoga (Leeann Carey), Viniyoga (Gary Kraftsow), Ashtanga Yoga (Tias Little), The Melt Method (Sue Hitzmann), Ohashiatsu (Hazel Chung), and NeuroKinetic "NKT" (Kim and Herson Garcia), as well as years of independent study.
